"Ek Villain" is a tale of love, tragedy, and vengeance. At its heart, it's the story of Guru and Aisha.

Aisha, a bubbly girl full of life, bumps into Guru, a quiet man with shadows in his eyes from a dark past. As the two collide, sparks fly. Guru, once a hardened criminal, begins to see the world with a new perspective, thanks to Aisha's infectious zest for life. They fall deeply in love, and it's clear that Aisha has changed Guru's world for the better.

As Guru hunts for Aisha's killer, he encounters Rakesh—a seemingly ordinary man with deeply ingrained insecurities. His life, overshadowed by his own perceived inadequacies, leads him to dark paths.
