The movie follows Chulbul as he continues to navigate the treacherous world of crime and corruption while maintaining his witty and fearless personality. He uses his unconventional methods to bring Baccha Bhaiya and his gang to justice, facing many dangers along the way. Amidst the high-stakes action, the film also explores Chulbul's loving relationship with his wife and his father, and his ongoing feud with his step-brother Makkhi, providing some emotional depth and family drama.

In the climax, Chulbul single-handedly takes down Baccha Bhaiya and his gang, restoring peace in Kanpur and proving once again why he's known as the fearless and irreverent Dabangg ("fearless" in Hindi).
